Website Experience eCommerce Lead
As a Website Experience eCommerce Lead who has a combination of deep technical commercial leadership and e-commerce strategy, you will be leading the customer experience journey for this international payments business.
Key Skillset
- Working across website security and compliance to ensure it is high performing and offers superb customer web experience.
- Lead web development function (multiple sites +15 and multiple geo locations) as well as working closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Technology, and Leadership which together results in increased revenue, customer engagement, and conversion.
- Responsible for all technical roadmap for all websites and eCommerce platforms.
- Define development standards, coding practices, architecture principles, and governance.
- Tech transformation – future-proofing the business for new technology developments.
- Drive DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and modern engineering practices.
- Increase online revenue through continuous optimization of the customer journey. This includes working across CRO, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), customer retention.
- Lead experimentation through A/B testing and behavioral analytics.
