Job Title: Website Support Executive
Location: Essex, United Kingdom
Pay Rate: £21.37 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract: 2 months, temporary, starting 1st week of August
About the Role / Job Summary
A leading further education organisation is seeking a Website Support Executive for a two-month assignment to aid in the delivery of a new website build. This role focuses on content population, page building, and quality assurance within a CMS environment. The ideal candidate will possess practical CMS experience and the ability to work independently and efficiently on structured content tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the population of website content and ensure quality assurance.
- Build and manage web pages within the CMS.
- Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Maintain organised documentation of content and processes.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of website functionality.
- Provide support and training to staff as needed.

Qualifications
- Practical experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail in content management and quality assurance.
Education Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Certifications in web development or digital media are a plus.

Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in website support or digital content management.
- Familiarity with web design principles and practices.
- Experience in quality assurance processes is advantageous.
