Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based across Beaulieu Hotel and The Drift Inn, for a Wedding & Events Executive.
The primary responsibility of this role is to plan, organise, and manage weddings and events hosted across New Forest Hotels. This will include meeting and consulting with clients, understanding their individual requirements, coordinating with internal teams, managing event schedules and budgets, and ensuring an exceptional level of customer service throughout the entire planning journey.

You will also play a key role in overseeing the delivery and execution of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and that our guests receive the high standards of service and experience that New Forest Hotels is known for.
You will be part of our Group Events & Sales Team, working closely with colleagues across the wider Collection. While your main focus will be Beaulieu Hotel, there is huge potential to grow and develop the events business we currently have. We are looking for someone who can bring their own personality, creativity, ideas, and enthusiasm to the role, helping us to develop new opportunities, attract new business, and create even more memorable weddings and events.

Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, including the ability to manage schedules, details, and budgets effectively
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to engage with clients and collaborate with colleagues
- Event management experience, specifically in weddings and corporate functions
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure during events
- Proficiency in event management tools and software, as well as basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by event schedules
- Prior experience in the hospitality or event management sector is preferred
- A passion for creating unforgettable experiences for clients and their guests

Working Pattern
You’ll be working full-time (40 hours a week) on a permanent contract, earning a competitive salary of £27,270 + commission.
- 5 days over 7 (40 hours per week)
- Weekends are part of the role
- Typical shifts: Tuesday–Saturday or Wednesday–Sunday
