Job Title: Wedding and Events Sales Manager
Salary: Dependent on Experience
Location: Hertfordshire
My client is looking for a driven Wedding and Events Sales Manager to join a luxury country house hotel. You'll take ownership of the full sales journey, converting wedding and event enquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering an exceptional client experience from first enquiry through to handover. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional from a hotel, venue or hospitality background who enjoys building relationships and exceeding targets.

What You'll Do
- Manage wedding and event enquiries from enquiry to handover
- Conduct venue tours and convert leads into bookings
- Drive new business through networking and sales activity
- Maximise revenue through upselling and tailored packages
- Produce proposals, contracts and event documentation
- Work closely with operations to ensure seamless event delivery
What You'll Bring
- Experience in wedding, events or hotel sales
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and organisation
- Proven ability to convert enquiries into revenue
- Passion for luxury hospitality and guest experience
