Senior Wedding and Events Coordinator
We are looking for a passionate and hard-working individual for the role of Senior Wedding and Events Coordinator at Albert’s Standish. Albert’s Standish offers three stylish contemporary spaces that can host a range of events from weddings and birthdays to corporate events, these can accommodate from 15 to 250 guests.
About You
We are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator with a great personality to share our passion for the hospitality industry in delivering service with a smile. You should be motivated by client satisfaction and enjoy organising memorable weddings and events.
We are looking for a candidate that will be responsible for the sales/coordination of the events. The ideal candidate will be organised, an excellent communicator, have exceptional attention to detail and the passion to go the extra mile for our customers. Previous experience within a similar role is essential for the right candidate who has a passion for hospitality and delivering fantastic weddings and events.

Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Responding to all enquiries (corporate, social and Wedding) in a timely, confident & professional manner, taking every opportunity to identify sales opportunities and upsell
- Ensuring a high conversion rate of enquiries to sales
- Conducting client show rounds and appointments, displaying a clear & comprehensive knowledge of the venue, menus and packages
- Producing detailed proposals for prospective clients and contracts for bookings, liaising to ascertain their precise event requirements and ensuring awareness of the full terms of business
- Liaising with the operational team to ensure all event details are handed over in precise detail so that service is delivered to meet and exceed the client expectations
- Managing the outsourcing of provisions for each event where required
- Understanding of financial aspects of the job and working alongside the Senior Coordinator with Sales targets
- Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction in the planning, during the event and afterwards. Conducting post event feedback requests to check satisfaction and secure repeat business where appropriate
- Organising and participating in Wedding Open Days and Wedding Fairs at the venue
