About the role

Hedsor House is a luxury wedding and events venue based in a 100-acre estate near Taplow in Buckinghamshire. From welcoming regal guests in centuries past, to Hollywood film stars in more recent years, the privately run Georgian mansion has enjoyed an illustrious history. The venue has grown fast in the last five years and has ambitious plans for the next five. We are now looking for a Wedding Sales Manager to join our extraordinary team of professionals to drive that growth.

The Wedding Sales Manager is responsible for managing a small, but highly experienced team of sales specialists to collectively deliver the wedding and event annual sales revenue budget. This role requires a keen commercial eye, someone who can not only look at weekly sales progress, but look further out to identify shifts in demand, booking patterns and pipeline health. They need to be able to motivate and inspire the team to reach ambitious revenue goals, alongside delivering industry-leading customer experience.

Person Specification

As one of the country’s leading wedding and event venues, we have incredibly high standards of customer service. We're looking for someone who has a passion for what they do, and puts the customer at the heart of everything.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
