We are looking for a dynamic and driven Wedding & Events Manager to lead our Weddings & Events operation at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced event professional with a passion for luxury hospitality, exceptional service and creating memorable experiences. You will be responsible for managing the wedding and social events journey from initial enquiry through to execution, ensuring every event reflects the high standards synonymous with Four Seasons.
What you will do
- Lead and inspire the Weddings & Events team, creating a positive, collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Manage wedding and social event enquiries, conducting site inspections and building strong client relationships.
- Oversee the planning and execution of weddings, celebrations and special events, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Work closely with operational departments including Banqueting, Catering, Rooms and Culinary to deliver exceptional events.
- Ensure all event details are communicated accurately and efficiently to internal teams.
- Drive event revenue through proactive sales activities, upselling opportunities and conversion of enquiries.
- Maintain exceptional service standards throughout the client journey, from enquiry to post-event follow-up.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts and event profitability while ensuring all business objectives are achieved.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and identify creative opportunities to enhance the hotel's wedding and events offering.
- Provide coaching, development and support to team members, fostering professional growth and succession planning.

What you will bring
- Proven experience in Weddings, Events or Catering Sales within a luxury hotel, resort or premium events venue.
- Strong knowledge of wedding planning, event management and luxury hospitality standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and creating memorable celebrations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
- Commercial awareness with experience achieving revenue targets and driving event sales performance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to anticipate client needs.
- Strong leadership skills with experience motivating, coaching and developing teams.
- A flexible approach to work, including weekends and evenings as required by business needs.
- Proficiency in event management and hotel systems would be advantageous.
