Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic weekend cleaner to join our team in Swan Valley, Northampton. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment during the weekends. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing essential cleaning duties over two hours each day on Saturday and Sunday, ensuring that our facilities are spotless and well-maintained. Hours of Work
- Saturday - 5pm to 7pm (2 Hours)
- Sunday - 4pm to 6pm (2 Hours)
- Total hours per week - 4pm

- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, restrooms, and common spaces during scheduled weekend shifts
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards of cleanliness
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to management
- Maintain a tidy workspace by organizing cleaning tools and materials after use
- Follow health and safety protocols to create a safe environment for all staff and visitors

Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks quickly and efficiently
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, floor buffers, or carpet cleaners is advantageous
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around for the duration of the shift
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled hours
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
- Clear understanding of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment
