We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic individual to join our LibraryPlus team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality frontline library services while supporting customers to access a range of information, digital, and community resources.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues to provide an excellent customer experience and ensure library services are welcoming, accessible, and responsive to the needs of our communities.
You will provide a friendly and professional first point of contact for customers, helping them access library, council, and partner services.
