About The Role
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic individual to join our LibraryPlus team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality frontline library services while supporting customers to access a range of information, digital, and community resources.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues to provide an excellent customer experience and ensure library services are welcoming, accessible, and responsive to the needs of our communities.
What will you be doing?
- Provide a friendly and professional first point of contact for customers, helping them access library, council, and partner services.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Promote volunteering opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with volunteers and community partners.
- Confidently signpost customers to the support and information they need.
Through every interaction, you'll help create a welcoming, inclusive, and positive experience for all.
