As a Weekend Care Professional, you’ll provide personalized care and companionship to clients across South Telford, Shifnal, Bridgnorth, Albrighton, Codsall, and surrounding areas, helping them stay safe, independent, and happy in their own homes.

Job Description
Your Role as a Care Professional
- Help clients live independently, respecting their choices and preferences
- Minimum 1-hour visits to build meaningful relationships
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with daily activities and routines
- Deliver personal care with dignity and respect
- Support clients to stay active and engaged
- Accompany clients to: Shopping trips, Social outings, Appointments
- Maintain and promote client independence
