Job Description
Your Role as a Care Professional
- Help clients live independently, respecting their choices and preferences
- Minimum 1-hour visits to build meaningful relationships
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with daily activities and routines
- Deliver personal care with dignity and respect
- Support clients to stay active and engaged
- Accompany clients to: Shopping trips, Social outings, Appointments
- Maintain and promote client independence
