Weekend Chef de Partie (Breakfast)

£14 per hour

Saturday and Sunday - 6:30am to 12:30pm (overtime may be available)

We’re looking for a passionate Chef de Partie who lives for flavour and thrives on delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, supportive environment. This is the perfect opportunity for a skilled chef looking to develop their craft, take ownership of a section, and play a key role in excellent food service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and plate consistently delicious breakfasts that showcase quality ingredients and attention to detail.
  • Keep your section prepped, organised, full of energy and ready for every service.
  • Champion food hygiene, freshness, and presentation. Every plate should tell a story.
  • Collaborate with the front of house team to deliver smooth, efficient service across a variety of formats.
  • Support the front of house team with food service and till operations.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready for the next step.
  • A love for great ingredients, well-executed dishes, and delivering consistently high standards.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a team spirit and willingness to learn.
  • Good understanding of kitchen operations, service flow, and stock control.
  • A sharp eye for food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • A genuine desire to grow your culinary skills in a supportive, quality-driven kitchen.
