About the Role
The Cock (National Pub of the Year twice in the last decade) is a country pub and restaurant serving modern British fayre, that sits close to the Great Ouse river in the lovely village of Hemingford Grey not far from Huntingdon and St Ives. If you love working with high-quality and locally sourced ingredients and products, being part of a team and working with collaborative and passionate people, then The Cock is the place for you.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking cleaner to join our team and help maintain a clean and welcoming environment in our pub. The role involves general cleaning duties carried out before opening hours on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Hours
- Friday: 9:00am – 11:00am
- Saturday: 9:00am – 11:00am
- Sunday: 9:00am – 11:00am
- Total: 6 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning bar and seating areas
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washrooms
- Emptying bins and replacing liners
- Wiping surfaces and ensuring high standards of cleanliness throughout the pub
