Weekend Cleaner – Banking Environment (Birkenhead)
Location: Birkenhead, CH41
Pay: £13.36 per hour
Hours: 2 hours per week
Schedule: Saturday, 14:00 – 16:00
Job Type: Temporary (short-term cover)
We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to work within a professional banking environment in Birkenhead. This is a short-hours weekend role, ideal for someone looking to pick up additional work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning customer areas, offices, and staff facilities
- Maintaining washrooms and general hygiene standards
- Dusting, vacuuming, and surface cleaning
- Ensuring the site is presentable and secure
- Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently (lone working required)
- Comfortable acting as a key holder and using alarm systems
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-focused
Compliance Requirements:

- Basic DBS check required
- Adverse financial check required
- Proof of employment history required via GOV.UK service
