Hey Baby 4D is a leading private 4D ultrasound clinic franchise, and we are delighted to be opening a new clinic in Brighton and Hove. We are currently seeking an experienced part-time clinical receptionist to join our small friendly team at our bespoke clinic. We pride ourselves on providing a professional service within a warm and welcoming environment. Our customers and their families are at the heart of everything we do.
Job Description
We require someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who is passionate in providing an outstanding customer experience, therefore excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
You will be working closely with a sonographer and will need to be highly reliable, with a strong sense of accountability, and able to work independently.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Weekend working
- Booking appointments for customers both over the phone and in person
- Welcoming customers to the clinic and assisting them with any queries
- Taking payments in cash and by card
- Acting as a Chaperone where required (you will be asked to complete a short qualification for this)
- Completing paperwork to confirm that various processes have been undertaken
- Taking customer feedback and relaying this to the management
- Responding to messages from customers on the chat function
- Opening and locking up the clinic as required
- Keeping the clinic tidy and organised
- Conducting stock takes of products
- Completing job-specific training modules provided by management

Essential Requirements For This Position.
To be considered for this position, you must be registered to work in the UK, have at least 2 years’ experience working in a similar position, with available references. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent IT, verbal, and written communication skills. Due to the nature of this role, a satisfactory Enhanced DBS (adult workforce) will need to be performed prior to the commencement of employment. You will also need to maintain a satisfactory DBS throughout the duration of your employment. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
Job Type: Part-time
Hours: Saturday & Sunday - 10am to 6pm
Salary: £12.71/hr
