About The Role
Practice Plus Group is a trusted provider of urgent and out-of-hours healthcare services across the UK, dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care beyond standard clinic hours. We believe in supporting our clinical teams with essential roles that help ensure patients receive timely and effective care in their homes.
Practice Plus Group are seeking a Coordinator to assist with the delivery of our Out of Hours Service, CAS Service and Primary Care Centres, this role is an integral part of our service and a great chance to expand on existing experience or gain new skills.

As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for assuring patient safety and assuring our services run well coordinated, effectively and productively. You will work closely with the Shift Lead, ensuring our patients journey runs as smoothly as possible and that our patients are always met with a high quality standard of care. This includes sharing feedback and suggestions that could improve patient experience and service performance.

You would be required to work two out of four weekends a month, although there is the option to work additional weekends should you wish too. Please see below rota patterns that you would be expected to cover. We are more than happy to offer any flexibility if needed and if available, to work around your other commitments such as studies, childcare, etc.
- 08:00am to 13:00pm
- 13:00pm to 18:00pm
- 18:00pm to 23:00pm
