Salary: £25,300.00 + 28% shift allowance (£32,384.00 total) + bonus

We're launching an exciting new shift and are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent work-life balance, with Monday to Thursday free every week.
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will:
- Set, operate, inspect, load, check, and deburr orthopaedic implants using various tools and CNC machines
- Operate and support processes including assembly, laser marking, shot blasting, the rumble, in process cleaning, and intermediate cleaning operations
- Work as part of the Manufacturing shift team, collaborating closely with Quality and Engineering
- Liaise with alternate shifts during handovers to ensure smooth machine operation and optimised production flow

The ideal Manufacturing Associate will have / be:
- A good standard of general secondary education ideally Maths and English GCSE’s or equivalent
- Accountable, quick learner, approachable, and demonstrates strong collaboration skills
- Basic knowledge of reading technical or engineering drawings would be advantageous
- A strong eye for detail and / or previous experience of using measuring equipment
- Good dexterity - desire to learn manual manufacturing processes and techniques
Training Program:
To support your onboarding, you'll complete an initial Monday to Friday training programme. Training shifts can be tailored to suit your experience and circumstances:
- Earlies: 5:30am to 2:00pm Mon-Thu, 5:30am to 11:00am Fri
- Lates: 1:45pm to 10:15pm Mon-Thu, 10:45am to 4:15pm Fri
- Days: 8:30am to 5:00pm Mon-Thu, 8:30am to 4:30pm Fri
- Nights: 10:00pm to 5:45am Mon-Thu, 4:00pm to 8:50pm Fri
