Weekend Door / Guestlist Team Member
The Old Queen’s Head is an award-winning North London pub that moves between great food, proper pints, and late nights. We serve one of the area’s most popular Sunday roasts, we’ve recently launched our in-house pizza concept Hot Saint, and our club room hosts DJs and late-night parties throughout the week.
It’s a pub with a lot going on. Great drinks, good music, and a lively crowd. We’re looking for someone warm, charismatic, and confident behind the bar who loves the buzz of nightlife and knows how to lead a team while delivering great service. If you enjoy music, busy rooms, and the atmosphere of a proper late-night pub, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and check guestlist accurately
- Welcome guests in a professional and direct way
- Communicate clearly with security and management
- Control queue flow and manage wait times
- Maintain an organised and efficient front of house
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a similar front of house or guestlist role
- Confident communicator with good judgement
- Calm and organised under pressure
- Detail focused and reliable
- Comfortable working late nights
