What you'll be doing
You'll help older and vulnerable adults remain independent in their own homes by providing:
- Companionship and conversation
- Personal care
- Meal preparation
- Medication support
- Light household tasks
- Shopping and community outings
- Encouraging independence and wellbeing
No two visits are ever the same, but every visit makes a real difference.
Who we're looking for
You don't need previous care experience—we're looking for people with the right values.
You'll be:

If you've worked in customer service, administration, retail, hospitality or any people-focused role, many of your existing skills will transfer perfectly into care.
Availability Required
We're currently recruiting specifically for evening and weekend Care Assistants.

To ensure continuity for our clients, applicants must be able to commit to:
- ✅ At least two evening shifts each week (approximately 4:00pm–10:00pm)
- ✅ Alternate weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)
