Weekend Nanny / PA
We are seeking an experienced, warm and highly discreet Weekend Nanny / PA to support a high-profile Principal and their young child at their private residence in Chelsea, London.
This is a trusted and varied position combining high-quality childcare, family support and personal assistance. The successful candidate will be confident working independently, naturally proactive and highly organised, with the ability to anticipate the needs of both the Principal and child.
The role is primarily based across Saturday and Sunday, with flexible full-time hours throughout the weekend and overnight stays required when necessary.
The successful candidate will become a trusted member of the Principal's support network and must demonstrate exceptional discretion, professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Childcare & Family Support
- Provide warm, attentive and engaging care for one young child.
- Plan and organise stimulating, age-appropriate activities and outings.
- Drive the child safely to activities, playdates, appointments and social engagements.
- Support daily routines, including meals, naps and bedtime where required.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the child.
- Encourage development through play, reading, creative activities and outdoor time.
- Maintain an organised environment, including the child's bedroom, toys and play areas.
- Assist with children's laundry and general organisation.
Personal Assistant & Private Support
- Support the Principal with personal errands and ad hoc PA responsibilities.
- Assist with organising and coordinating weekend plans and activities.
- Make arrangements and bookings where required.
- Liaise with relevant service providers and contacts as needed.
- Anticipate the requirements of the Principal and child and take initiative.
- Adapt confidently to changing plans and priorities.
- Provide overnight support when required.
About You
We are looking for someone who combines strong childcare experience with a professional, proactive and service-led approach.

You will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Nanny, Family Assistant, Nanny/PA or similar.
- Genuine experience caring for young children.
- A warm, caring and engaging personality.
- Confidence planning creative and age-appropriate activities.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- A highly proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Previous experience working within a private household.
- Experience supporting a high-profile or UHNW Principal would be advantageous.
- Strong PA, family assistant or private service experience.
- The ability to work independently and use sound judgement.
- Exceptional discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and stay overnight when required.
- A full, clean UK driving licence and confident driving ability – essential.
