Town & Country Estate Agents are looking for a friendly, professional and organised Weekend Receptionist to join our team at our Kirkintilloch branch.
This is a customer-facing role and would suit someone who is confident communicating with clients, comfortable handling telephone enquiries and able to provide reliable administrative support within a busy estate agency environment.
Working Hours
- Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Sunday: 12:00pm – 3:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and visitors to the branch
- Answering incoming telephone calls and handling enquiries professionally
- Responding to general property enquiries
- Booking and managing viewing appointments
- Taking accurate messages and passing enquiries to the relevant team member
- Supporting the sales team with general administrative duties
- Keeping diaries and appointments organised
- Ensuring the reception and office area remains professional and welcoming
- Providing a high standard of customer service to buyers, sellers and prospective clients
