This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and creating a welcoming environment for our clients and visitors.

Role Overview

As our Weekend Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors during the weekend. Your friendly and professional approach will be key to providing excellent customer service and supporting the team with administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and greeting visitors and customers in a warm, professional manner.
  • Answering and directing incoming telephone calls efficiently and courteously.
  • Managing the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Assisting with basic administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Providing support to other departments as required during weekend operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably within the Automotive & Driving sector or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Professional and friendly demeanour with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently during weekend shifts.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety standards in a workplace setting.
