Role Description
The Weekend Sales Associate is part-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a primary focus on weekend trading hours and additional shifts as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers
- Offering styling advice
- Presenting product features
- Guiding clients through the purchase process

The role involves maintaining visual merchandising standards, replenishing stock, and ensuring the boutique is clean, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines. The Weekend Sales Associate will:

- Process transactions accurately
- Handle returns and exchanges
- Support inventory checks
- Build client relationships
- Collect customer feedback
- Support promotional activities to drive sales and brand loyalty
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and clienteling skills, with the ability to build rapport and deliver a luxury in-store experience.
- Sales and retail skills, including confident upselling, cross-selling, and working toward individual and store targets.
- Interest in fashion and styling, with an understanding of current trends and a keen eye for presentation and detail.
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers and colleagues.
- Basic cash handling and POS (point-of-sale) skills, with accuracy in processing payments, returns, and exchanges.
- Reliability and flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks, such as moving stock and setting up displays.
- Previous experience in luxury or premium retail environments is an advantage, as is proficiency in additional languages.
