At Intercounty, we are a market leading independent estate agency and we are looking for a Weekend Viewing Assistant to join our Saffron Walden team.
As a Weekend Viewing Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our sales team and delivering an excellent experience for buyers searching for their next home.
Key Responsibilities
- Accompany prospective buyers on property viewings.
- Register new applicants and respond to customer enquiries.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the viewing process.
- Support the sales team with day-to-day office activities.
- Help match buyers with suitable properties.

Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Access to your own vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-presented, professional, and punctual.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Passion for property and delivering exceptional customer service
