Frost's Estate Agents are looking for a reliable and personable weekend viewing assistant to join our dynamic, energetic, and enthusiastic team. As a viewing assistant you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting potential buyers during property viewing on Saturdays.
Your enthusiasm and attention to detail partnered with strong communication skills will contribute to ensuring a positive experience for our clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the property industry.

You Will Be Responsible For
- Conducting property viewings on a Saturday, showcasing various properties to potential buyers.
- Greeting clients warmly and create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Answering potential buyers’ queries, providing accurate information about our properties including features, amenities, and nearby facilities.
- Collecting feedback from potential buyers and communicating this to the appropriate team members to deliver to our vendors.
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling client information.
- Assisting with any other administrative tasks as required by the branch.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport with our potential buyers and clients.
- Strong communication skills.
- A pro-active and self-motivated work ethic with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of the local areas Frost's Estate Agent’s covers.
- Flexibility to work every Saturday.
- A professional and presentable appearance.
- Previous customer service, sales or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
- Full UK driving license.
