As a NIGHTS Weekend Warehouse Operative for Ocado Logistics you are at the heart of preparing orders for customers. Join our warehouse in Luton where you'll be working in a state-of-the-art facility preparing orders for customers.
We have weekend roles available in the following areas:
Work Areas
We have two work areas, with fixed shifts, making planning the rest of your week a breeze. You’ll be required to work in both Ambient and Chill areas (down to 0°C)
Pick
- You'll be picking and packing customer orders into shopping totes.
- This is a process that requires you to handle goods with care; It can be a game of skill and speed as you ensure the right products go in the right bags, but you will have some help from our robots!
Shift Times:
- DAYS (Saturday & Sunday) - 06:00 to 16:00
- NIGHTS (Friday & Saturday) - 19:00 to 06:00
Inbound
- Our Inbound operatives are our quality assurance team.
- You'll be receiving goods from suppliers and once ensuring they are in tip-top condition, putting these into totes so that our robots and pickers can do their jobs.

Shift Times:
- DAYS (Saturday & Sunday) - 06:00 to 17:00
- NIGHTS (Friday & Saturday) - 19:00 to 06:00
What do you get in return?
- Salary: Hourly Pay rate: £12.45
- Night shift premium (between 11.45pm and 5.45am) - £2.75 per hour
What are the requirements?
- You don’t need any previous warehouse experience to join our friendly team—just bring yourself, a positive attitude, and plenty of energy and enthusiasm! Our amazing training team will take care of the rest
- You must be over 18 to apply.
