Work Schedule
- Tuesday and Wednesday
- 7am – 5pm
- 19 hours per week
Salary
- £13,742.28 basic per annum
- Benefits include Pension, BUPA Medical Cash Plan, Life Assurance, 30 Days’ Holiday inc BH (rising with service).
About the Role
We are recruiting for a Weighbridge Administrator to join a friendly, focused, and supportive team. As a Weighbridge Administrator at our Westcott AD Plant, you’ll help Olleco deliver administrative and weighbridge duties supporting our anaerobic digestion plant.
Olleco operates in the recycling and renewable energy sector, meaning the successful candidate will become part of a company making a difference in the fight to impact climate change.
Job Description
This is a site-based role, with responsibilities for the weighbridge and collaborating with other staff at the plant.
- Ensure all staff and contractors have appropriate PPE and induction before entering site.
- Responsible for scheduling weighbridge arrivals, appropriate measurements, and paperwork. Working closely with the operations team to ensure efficiency and information.
- Support the local operations team including ordering items and associated PO administration.
- Responsible for supporting the smooth running of the site office, including general administration, office bookings, visitor care, etc.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a weighbridge administration role is ideal but not essential, strong administrative skills.
- Previous experience of working on computer and phone systems.
- The ability to follow and understand a set process.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a busy environment.
- GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C /4 or equivalent.
