WHO WE ARE:
We are LIVE 360 and The Never Diet Again Method.
We help successful women over 40 reduce cravings, regain control of their relationship with food and lose weight for the final time.
Based in the UK/France and working globally, we’re on a mission to help 100,000 women reclaim control over food, feel confident in their bodies, and finally experience food freedom—for life.
We believe a company can only grow to the level that its team grows. That’s why we invest in every team member to become the strongest, most capable version of themselves—personally and professionally.
We don’t believe in trading time for money or clock-watching from 9 to 5. We’re results-driven, not time-driven.
As long as you move our mission forward, support our clients, and hit your objectives—you have the freedom to design your schedule and enjoy your life.
If your dream is to grow your own brand or business, this isn’t the place for you.
But if you want to go all-in on something bigger than yourself, to create real change in the world, and to be surrounded by people who are playing to win—you’re in the right place.
Working with us means setting a new standard in the health and weight loss industry. Everything you do moves us closer to that mission.
And we believe that work should be fun, fulfilling, and the reason you jump out of bed in the morning.
We don’t believe in work-life balance. We believe in work-life integration—where your career fuels your life, and your life energises your work.
This is more than a job.
It’s a chance to do meaningful work that changes lives—and become the best version of yourself.
CLIENT SUCCESS COACH
Role, Responsibilities, Results, Requirements
ROLE
As a Client Success Coach, your mission is to help clients make lasting progress with food, health, mindset, and weight using our proprietary Never Diet Again Method.
You’ll guide clients through Reset, Rewire, and Realign, using the Five Drivers—Nutrition, Exercise, Emotion Regulation, Mindset, and Identity—to build sustainable habits and lasting change.
Each client is assigned one coach who owns their journey. You’ll deliver two initial 30-minute 1:1 calls—Kickstart and Onboarding—then support clients through group coaching, weekly check-ins, and the LIVE 360 community in Skool. Client questions and day-to-day support are handled in Skool; the role does not include private DMs or routine weekly 1:1 coaching.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Your success is measured by your ability to help clients:
- Build skills across nutrition, movement, emotional regulation, mindset, and identity
- Apply the Never Diet Again Method and follow through on agreed actions
- Build sustainable habits that support weight loss and long-term health
- Improve their relationship with food and create lasting change
- Grow in confidence, self-trust, and the ability to maintain progress independently
Your goal is simple: Help clients move forward, stay consistent, and never need to diet again.
Expected income: £3,000–£5,000 per month at 60–100 active clients, based on £50 per active client. Plus a 5% renewal bonus on revenue collected, excluding VAT—currently estimated at around £125–£295 per successful renewal, depending on programme length and final pricing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Have the availability to serve an agreed caseload and complete two initial 30-minute 1:1 calls per new client, scheduled group calls, weekly form reviews, and Skool support.
- Conduct a 30-minute Kickstart call with each new client within 48 hours of enrolment, welcoming them, clarifying their goals, and orienting them to the programme, Skool, and next steps.
- Conduct a second 30-minute 1:1 Onboarding call to review the client’s starting point, agree first actions, and help them begin the 30-day on-ramp.
- Lead up to three scheduled group coaching sessions each week across morning, midday, and evening options, making group support practical for clients with different schedules.
- Use group calls to coach clients through the Five Drivers, answer questions, build connection, and help them turn training into practical actions
- Coach up to 100 clients through our online platform, with daily, weekly and monthly communication and accountability.
- Review weekly check-in forms, using the AI-generated summary as an aid; apply your own coaching judgment, identify progress or risk, and respond with clear next steps in Skool.
- Study the programme materials, LIVE 360® Brand Identity, and Company Culture documents so you understand the method, client journey, core values, and key processes.
- Keep accurate client records in the CRM, including goals, progress across the Five Drivers, agreed actions, and concerns that need follow-up.
- Share a clear client pulse with Max and the team in Slack, flagging progress, engagement concerns, and support needs early.
- Coordinate with other coaches and Max to keep client support consistent, share useful insights, and raise concerns promptly.
- Be active in the Skool community: respond to posts and comments, encourage peer support, and share useful prompts tied to programme material. Keep day-to-day client support in Skool rather than private DMs.
- Complete structured client reviews at appropriate milestones, including the 90-day Five Drivers reassessment; celebrate progress, identify gaps, and support decisions about the next suitable stage of the programme.
- Attend weekly coach meetings, supervision, and training, and contribute to improving delivery as the group model grows.
- Own retention and renewals, and hit agreed KPIs across client success, engagement and revenue

A typical week includes:
- Up to 100 client check-ins to review and respond to
- Renewal conversations happening in parallel
- CRM updates and client journey tracking
- Internal comms and team check-ins
- Client escalations that need immediate attention
It’s rewarding, but it’s not relaxed. At this scale, systems and structure matter.
You’re a coach and an account manager. Client outcomes, retention, CRM, escalations and revenue targets all sit with you. Our systems and AI-assisted admin give you time back for coaching, but the accountability is yours.
Retention is coaching. Most clients need 12–16 months to truly transform. A client who leaves at 6 months hasn’t hit her goal. Expect weekly renewal conversations, a minimum 50% renewal-rate KPI and monthly revenue targets. The coaches who do best here aren’t the most salesy: their clients simply don’t want to leave.
Emotional resilience matters. At 100 clients, you can’t carry 100 people’s emotions. Some will ghost you. Some will ignore the plan. The best coaches feel it, reset and go again.
It’s performance-based, and you’re never alone. Clear KPIs, reviewed monthly, we are head with you every week, invested because your numbers are our numbers. Bring the right attitude and passion, keep progressing, and you will do well here.

- An undeniable track record of online transformations
- Nutrition coaching that goes deeper than macro targets: managing calories, protein and fibre alongside the stress, emotions and habits that drive how a client actually eats
- You are consistent and dependable, so clients know what to expect and can trust your support.
- You care about helping people succeed.
- You are optimistic, have a growth mindset, and can help clients see what is possible.
