Charity TEAM LEADER Welcome Caller – Fully Remote & Flexible Hours (Work from Home)
One Sixty Fundraising is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as team leader (Welcome Caller). This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position.
The Role:
At One Sixty Fundraising, we recruit long-term donors for some of the world’s leading charities. You will be the friendly first point of contact for new supporters, while also supporting the wider fundraising team and contributing to team performance and quality.
- Perform outbound Welcome Calls to thank new donors for their support.
- Verify and confirm donor details accurately.
- Log feedback and data into our systems to ensure a seamless donor journey.
- Support and encourage colleagues by sharing best practices and effective calling techniques.
- Contribute to team KPIs, quality standards and overall performance.
- Provide feedback and assist with queries or challenging calls where required.

Requirements:
- Previous telephone, welcome-calling or outbound calling experience is required, ideally within a fundraising or donor-facing environment.
- Excellent telephone manner and strong people skills.
- Confident supporting and motivating colleagues, alongside ability to provide feedback.
- Organised with strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
- Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting the wider team.
