Hours: Monday – Friday - 07.00- 18.00.

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an enthusiastic and service-driven Welcome Host to join our Front of House team at 24 Lombard Street. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality, customer experience and community engagement to play a key role in creating a welcoming and vibrant workplace environment.

As the first point of contact for occupiers, visitors and guests, you will deliver a premium hospitality-led experience while helping to foster a connected and engaging building community. This role combines exceptional front of house service, relationship building, event support and operational excellence, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, professional and welcoming experience for all occupiers, visitors and guests.
  • Provide proactive, personalised support and anticipate customer needs to ensure an exceptional customer journey.
  • Act as a key point of contact for occupier enquiries, resolving issues promptly and escalating where necessary.
  • Collaborate with building management, facilities teams and service partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support the promotion and delivery of occupier events, activations and community initiatives.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of building amenities, occupiers and local services to enhance the customer experience.
  • Coordinate daily front of house activities, ensuring effective communication and smooth operational handovers.
  • Complete administrative tasks, reporting requirements, logs and checklists accurately and efficiently.
  • Gather occupier feedback and contribute ideas to continuously improve the building experience.

Knowledge & Experience

Essential

  • Experience in a front of house, hospitality, customer service or customer experience environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping people.
  • Experience engaging with customers, guests or stakeholders in a professional setting.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable

  • Experience within a commercial office, workplace or property environment.
  • Experience supporting events, occupier engagement programmes or community initiatives.
  • Familiarity with customer engagement or workplace experience platforms.
  • Experience working within a premium hospitality-led environment.

Education & Qualifications

  • Strong command of spoken and written English.
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard workplace technology systems.
  • Professional, approachable and confident communication style.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
