If you’re a natural motivator, who likes to lead by example to make sure every single person feels welcome and has their best day possible, then this could be the job for you.

What it's like to Work Here

Studland Bay is one of the National Trust's most spectacular coastal landscapes, with four miles of sandy beaches, heathland, dunes, and views to Old Harry Rocks. This special place is home to an extraordinary variety of wildlife, including some of the UK's rarest species, with protected seagrass meadows and seahorses thriving within the Marine Conservation Zone.

Working here means being part of a friendly and supportive team that cares for this unique place and helps visitors connect with nature every day. No two days are the same. Whether you're welcoming visitors, sharing stories about the coast and wildlife, supporting conservation work, or helping people get the most from their visit, you'll play an important role in helping everyone feel welcome. If you enjoy working outdoors, engaging with people from all walks of life, and being part of a team that looks after special places for everyone, for ever, you'll feel at home at Studland Bay.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play an important role in supporting our Welcome team, helping staff and volunteers create a warm, inclusive, and memorable experience for everyone who visits. Working together, you'll help ensure the site is presented to a consistently high standard, with clear, accurate, and up-to-date information available so visitors can make the most of their day.

Every visit helps support the National Trust's work to care for and protect special places for people and nature, now and for future generations. Your friendly approach, attention to detail, and commitment to high standards will help create a positive and lasting impression, making every visitor feel valued and welcome.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
