Hello Brighton
Now recruiting for a Welcome Team Member at No. 124 Brighton by GuestHouse opposite the West Pier on Kings Road.
Do you sparkle brighter than the Brighton Palace Pier lights? Can you turn a weary traveller into a smiling guest faster than you can say “room with a view”?
Here at No. 124 Brighton by GuestHouse, we’re a small but stylish, family-run boutique hotel, and we’re looking for a Welcome Team Member who can greet guests with warmth, wit, and just the right touch of Brighton flair.
Please note, this is a full time role (40 hours) working 5 days out of 7 (shift work)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming weekenders, festival-goers, and seaside dreamers with effortless charm.
- Checking in/out guests smoothly - no stress, just good vibes.
- Sharing local tips, from the quirkiest Lanes boutiques to the best spot for sunset over the sea.
- Keeping our lobby buzzing with the same energy and colour that makes Brighton unforgettable.

What We’re Looking For
- A natural people-person who knows how to make everyone feel at home.
- Calm and organised, even when check-in feels busier than the beach on a sunny bank holiday.
- Someone who loves conversation, whether it’s about vintage shops, live music, or where to find the best chips on the beach.
- Hospitality experience is handy, but a sparkling personality is essential.
