Due to continued growth and increased workload, we're looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our hardworking and supportive team on a full-time basis.

As a Welder/Fabricator, you'll play a key role in our production team, working on a variety of lintel and steel fabrication projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out all aspects of lintel and steel fabrication
- Reading and working from fabrication drawings independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
- Providing a professional and friendly service to our customers
- Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and well maintained
- Ensuring the workshop remains a safe and secure working environment
- Completing all relevant paperwork in line with HSL, EN1090 and ISO9001 procedures

What you’ll bring:
We're looking for someone who has at least 2 years' experience in welding and fabrication and is confident reading and working from fabrication drawings. You'll take pride in producing high-quality work, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy getting the job done right first time. Whether you're working independently or alongside our close-knit team, you'll be reliable, hardworking, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to everything you do.
