Fabrication & Welding Lecturer

Location: South West Cumbria – Furness Peninsula

Salary: Up to £37,415

Contract: Permanent | 37 hours per week

TR2 Recruitment are working with a leading Further Education provider in South West Cumbria to recruit a Fabrication & Welding Lecturer.

This is a highly practical, workshop-based role delivering Level 1–3 EAL Fabrication & Welding programmes and Engineering Apprenticeships.

We are looking for an experienced Welder, Fabricator, Welding Engineer, Fabrication Engineer or existing Welding & Fabrication Lecturer with strong practical industry experience.

  • Experience across MIG/MAG, TIG, MMA/ARC, fabrication, welding, engineering drawings or heavy engineering would be highly advantageous.
  • Teaching experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Industry professionals who have trained, mentored or supervised others are encouraged to apply.
