Are you an experienced Welfare and Attendance Administrator with previous school experience and the right First Aid qualifications?
Reeson Education is working with a primary school in Enfield, North London, seeking an organised, reliable and compassionate Welfare and Attendance Administrator to join the school immediately.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident working within a busy primary school environment and can support both the schools attendance and pupil welfare provision.
The Role
As the Welfare and Attendance Administrator, you will have an important role within the school, supporting attendance monitoring while also being a key point of contact for pupil welfare and first aid.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Monitoring and recording daily pupil attendance
- Following up unexplained absences and lateness
- Contacting parents and carers regarding attendance
- Maintaining accurate attendance and welfare records
- Supporting attendance improvement procedures
- Responding to pupils who are unwell or require first aid
- Providing appropriate first aid and welfare support to pupils
- Recording accidents, incidents and welfare concerns
- Liaising with teachers, senior leaders, parents and external professionals
- Maintaining confidentiality and following safeguarding procedures
- Providing wider administrative support to the school office when required

Essential Requirements
The school is looking for a candidate who has:
- Previous experience working in a UK school : essential
- Level 3 First Aid at Work qualification : essential
- Level 3 Paediatric First Aid qualification : essential
- Experience with school administration, attendance or pupil welfare
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A calm and reassuring manner when dealing with pupils
- A good understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality
- The ability to work independently and hit the ground running
Hours and Start Date
- Start: Immediately / ASAP
- Hours: 8:30am : 4:00pm
- Days: Monday : Friday
- Location: Enfield, North London
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Welfare and Attendance Administrator who has both Level 3 First Aid at Work and Level 3 Paediatric First Aid and is looking to secure an immediate role within a primary school.
