Welfare and Attendance Administrator : Enfield

Welfare and Attendance Administrator Primary School Enfield, North London Immediate Start Monday:Friday

Reeson Education is working with a welcoming primary school in Enfield, North London, that is looking for an experienced Welfare and Attendance Administrator to join their school office team immediately.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive school professional who understands the importance of accurate attendance monitoring, pupil welfare and effective communication with families.

The Role

As the Welfare and Attendance Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the schools attendance and pupil welfare processes.

Your Responsibilities May Include

  • Monitoring and recording daily pupil attendance
  • Following up on unexplained absences and late arrivals
  • Contacting parents and carers regarding attendance
  • Maintaining accurate attendance and welfare records
  • Supporting the school with attendance procedures and reporting
  • Recording and responding appropriately to pupil welfare concerns
  • Supporting pupils who become unwell or require first aid
  • Liaising with parents, staff and external professionals where appropriate
  • Maintaining confidentiality and following safeguarding procedures
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider school office

The Ideal Candidate

The School Is Looking For Someone Who

  • Has previous experience working in a UK school : essential
  • Has experience with attendance and/or pupil welfare administration
  • Holds a valid First Aid qualification
  • Is Paediatric First Aid trained
  • Has excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Communicates confidently with parents, pupils and staff
  • Understands the importance of safeguarding and confidentiality
  • Can work calmly and professionally in a busy primary school environment

Hours and Start Date

  • Start: Immediately / ASAP
  • Hours: 8:30am : 4:00pm
  • Days: Monday : Friday
  • Location: Enfield, North London
