Make a real difference at one of Europe’s biggest events.
Event Welfare Services is recruiting enthusiastic and compassionate volunteers to join our Welfare Team.
Working from our Welfare Hubs and Mobile Welfare Teams, you’ll help provide a safe, welcoming and supportive environment for thousands of people attending the Carnival.
Whether you’re a student, healthcare professional, community volunteer or simply someone who enjoys helping others, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting vulnerable and distressed attendees
- Providing welfare and reassurance
- Assisting at our Welfare Hubs
- Supporting our Mobile Welfare Teams
- Helping reunite separated friends and family
- Promoting a safe and inclusive environment

What you’ll receive
- Full training before the event
- Volunteer uniform and ID
- Meals and refreshments during your shift
- Volunteer certificate and reference (on request)
- Experience working alongside an experienced event welfare team
