Job Title: Welfare/Admin Officer
Responsible to: School Business Manager
Required ASAP
- 8.30am - 4.00pm Monday - Friday, term time only
- Scale 5 (£29,206)
- Or
- 11am - 4.00pm Monday - Friday, term time only
- Scale 5 (20,861)
- 3 days are also required to worked during the Summer Holidays
About Willow Tree Primary School
Willow Tree Primary School is a thriving, multi-cultural 2 form entry primary school with a 39-place nursery. Situated close to Islip Manor Park in the heart of Northolt, we benefit from good transport links.
We are currently looking to recruit a Welfare and Admin Officer to join our established admin team.
You Must:
- Experience of working in a school (or able to demonstrate an understanding of this role)
- The relevant first aid training certification or ability to undertake this for the role.
- Be enthusiastic about nurturing, inspiring and the motivation of our children.
- Be a good communicator with excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Have good ICT and general clerical/administrative skills.
- Experience of working with Excel, Word, and MIS databases.
- A high level of competence on using the internet.
- Understanding of the need for confidentiality in relation to the role.
- Be committed to promoting the inclusion of all pupils, ensuring they have equal opportunities to learn and develop.
