Service Wellbeing Service (Eastleigh)

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £9,914.19 to £10,125.00 per annum (£24,455 to £24,975 full time equivalent) – Solent Mind Band A. In line with organisational policy, new appointments will ordinarily be made at the starting salary point of the advertised grade.

Hours: 15 hours per week

Location: Eastleigh Wellbeing Centre, Eastleigh, Hampshire

Interview Date: Friday 18 September 2026

Closing Date: Monday 31 August 2026 (11.59pm)

About the role

Solent Mind delivers Wellbeing services across Hampshire, including Eastleigh, Winchester, Fareham and Gosport and the New Forest. This post is based mainly in the Eastleigh locality. The Wellbeing services provide a range of support, including assessments, courses and groups delivered both within the centres and via digital platforms.

As a Wellbeing Advisor, you will be an integral member of the Wellbeing team, providing administrative support and reception facilities which assist the delivery of the Wellbeing programme. You will play a key role in being the point of contact to service users and visitors to the centre. You will monitor incoming enquiries and referrals, making first contact and following up on information when necessary. You will support the delivery of the wellbeing programme by sending invitations to courses and monitoring waiting lists. You will support the team by booking appointments when required. You will ensure information is recorded in an accurate and timely way on our data system.

About you

You will have experience working in an administrative role, either in a paid or voluntary capacity.

  • You will have good verbal and written communication skills, along with strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • You will be committed to Solent Mind's values and promoting equity, diversity and inclusion.
