The School Wellbeing and Pastoral Practitioner
The School Wellbeing and Pastoral Practitioner will provide high-quality emotional, social, and academic support to pupils through a combination of wellbeing interventions and mentoring. The role is designed to promote pupil wellbeing, resilience, and positive personal development, supporting children to feel safe, calm, and ready to engage in learning. The provision will consist of a range of support opportunities, including individual (1:1) sessions, group sessions, and parent-led groups.
The post-holder will work closely with pastoral leaders, teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure holistic and consistent support for pupils. Where required, the role will also contribute to partnership work with local community schools, delivering targeted wellbeing interventions.

About The Hall School
A thriving and successful preparatory school for boys in North London, The Hall School provides a high calibre education for all our pupils (approx. 470) from age 4 to 13. We aim to ensure a happy, secure, and energetic community in which our pupils and staff can flourish.
