Location: Lincoln Manor, Cross Spencer Street, Lincoln, LN5 8FG
Hours: Part Time, 32 Hours Per Week (including occasional evenings and weekends)

We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Wellbeing Assistant to join our team at Lincoln Manor, one of Lincoln's newest care homes. Having opened just over a year ago, Lincoln Manor offers a modern, vibrant environment where residents enjoy high-quality care, meaningful experiences and a strong sense of community.
Located close to the heart of the historic city of Lincoln, our home benefits from excellent connections to local attractions, community groups and amenities. From the stunning Cathedral Quarter and Lincoln Castle to the city's bustling shopping, arts and cultural scene, there are countless opportunities to create engaging experiences both within the home and out in the local community.
As our Wellbeing Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring residents continue to enjoy the hobbies, interests and social connections that make life meaningful.

About The Role
No two days are the same at Lincoln Manor. You'll be responsible for bringing energy, creativity and companionship into the lives of our residents through a varied programme of activities and events.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging group and one-to-one activities tailored to individual interests and abilities
- Encouraging residents to remain active, independent and socially connected
- Organising themed events, celebrations and entertainment within the home
- Supporting residents to continue lifelong hobbies whilst encouraging new experiences
- Building strong links with the local Lincoln community, schools, organisations and performers
- Coordinating local outings and trips to provide enjoyable and stimulating experiences
- Working closely with colleagues and families to ensure activities reflect residents' preferences and wellbeing goals
- Recording participation and gathering feedback to continuously improve the wellbeing programme
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who can bring positivity, creativity and compassion to our residents every day.
You'll ideally be:
- Warm, friendly and approachable
- Passionate about enhancing the lives of older people
- Confident communicating with a wide range of people
- Creative and enthusiastic, with the ability to motivate and engage others
- Organised and able to plan activities and events effectively
- Flexible to work occasional evenings and weekends
- Experienced within activities, wellbeing, hospitality, customer service or care environments (desirable but not essential)
