Location: Bowburn Manor, Durham
Hours: Full Time
Contract: Permanent (with every other weekend off)
Salary: Competitive

Bowburn Manor is preparing to open its doors as Durham's newest luxury care home and we're searching for a very special individual to join our founding team.
This isn't simply an activities role.

What You'll Do
- Design and deliver engaging wellbeing programmes.
- Organise events, activities and celebrations.
- Support meaningful one-to-one engagement.
- Build links with local schools, community groups and organisations.
- Encourage resident participation and independence.
- Celebrate individual interests, life experiences and achievements.
- Create opportunities that support emotional, social and physical wellbeing.
- Help establish Bowburn Manor as a vibrant and connected community.
