Are you searching for a career with bags of variety, in an environment that celebrates differences and empowers collaboration, which values individuals and will encourage you to make an impact? Do you want the freedom to explore, and the opportunities to find new ways and to innovate? If so, TwiningsOvo delivers.

We’re looking for people who don’t just come here to get the job done, but who have a real passion for the brand and a desire to do the best job they can. In return, we offer an inspiring package of employee benefits - to show just how much we value you. This role will offer you the scope for growth and the tools to aim high.

The focus of the role is to evolve our Wellbeing approach at TwO, influence and engage, and be a real champion in fostering a culture of holistic wellness. We believe that Wellbeing is a central part of enabling our people to thrive and grow with us and this is an opportunity to enhance our already progressive thinking and activity in this area.

The Wellbeing lead whilst mostly UK focused also provides advisory support to other International Business Units across TwO and plays a key role in driving our Wellbeing agenda. The role is a balance of design and planning, operational delivery and influencing and partnering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evolving our approach in the UK by collaborating with internal stakeholders and by researching external studies/networks with the end goal of having a comprehensive employee wellbeing approach that addresses the diverse needs of our workforce and aligns with our company's mission and objectives.
  • Planning and Implementation: Design, plan, implement, and manage a range of wellbeing programs and initiatives that support the Wellbeing approach.
  • Partnering and Influencing: Being an expert in the field of Wellbeing offering advice, influencing the adoption of our Wellbeing initiatives, linking up with other People agenda imperatives such as DE&I and partnering with our HRD’s and HR Business Partners to ensure we are delivering what our business needs.
  • Strategy Development: Working closely with the Head of International Reward and Wellbeing to evolve the strategic plan for employee wellbeing aligned with the organisation's goals and values.
  • Strategy Execution: Design, implement, and manage a range of wellbeing programmes and services to underpin the plan including:
    • Develop and execute effective awareness campaigns, and communications to promote wellbeing, encouraging employee engagement and participation (examples would be developing a calendar of campaigns for the year, and creating content for the campaigns; we also regularly engage our colleagues through a series of weekly communications).
    • Design, implement, and manage a range of wellbeing programs and activities such as mental health awareness initiatives, menopause awareness and advocacy workshops and stress management initiatives.
    • Working with the front of house manager to arrange annual health and wellbeing services, including flu vaccinations, health assessments, quarterly financial wellbeing consultations, as well as ensuring treatment services are effectively set up in the ActiviTEA Centre (on site gym).
    • Ensuring our Wellbeing approach is underpinned by Wellbeing Benefits: Working closely with the Reward team to help design our Wellbeing benefits, engage our People on our Wellbeing benefits, and ensures our benefits align to our overall Wellbeing approach. Supporting on the annual benefits renewals from an employee experience perspective.
  • Tracking and Measuring: The management of the Benefits Dashboard, drawing insight from the Engage results and or other surveys and developing other MI measures to measure the effectiveness of our Wellbeing initiatives.
  • Annually track and manage the Wellbeing budget as part of the wider Reward & Wellbeing budget.
  • Within the UK, we have a Champions Network made up of representatives across our Business areas who help drive our DE&I and Wellbeing ambitions – the Wellbeing lead helps manage, supports, and inspires the champions network to help drive cultural change through the business, in turn maximising their contribution.
  • Work with business areas to provide advisory services to support their strategies and agendas, as well as any other areas for improvement. Occasionally providing consultation to international teams also where needed.
  • Establish relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and experts in the field to source the best resources and for employee wellbeing initiatives. Collaborate with HR, leadership, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless integration of wellbeing initiatives within the company culture.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
