Coaches benefit from opportunities to work with corporate clients while remaining independent, and businesses gain a single, streamlined route to workplace wellness. KITA is currently expanding its coach network across the UK and Ireland.
Role Description
The Wellness Coach will deliver in-person health, fitness, and wellbeing sessions for corporate clients on-site in Ireland. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Facilitating group and one-to-one sessions
- Designing tailored wellbeing programs
- Adapting content to suit different workplace cultures and participant needs
- Collaborating with client contacts to schedule and coordinate sessions
- Gathering feedback to refine offerings
- Maintaining professional standards of safety and inclusivity
- Contributing ideas for new workshop topics and wellness initiatives that support stronger, healthier teams

This is an on-site role based in Ireland.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in health, fitness, or wellbeing coaching, with the ability to design and deliver engaging sessions for diverse workplace audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the capacity to build trust, motivate participants, and facilitate group discussions sensitively and inclusively.
- Knowledge of behavior change, stress management, and holistic wellbeing practices, with the ability to adapt approaches to different organisational contexts.
- Proven ability to manage schedules, coordinate with client contacts, and deliver sessions reliably in on-site corporate environments.
- Relevant certifications in fitness, coaching, nutrition, mental health first aid, or wellbeing-related disciplines are highly beneficial.
- Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and creating psychologically safe spaces for participants.
- Experience working with corporate or group clients, and comfort presenting and facilitating in front of small to medium-sized groups.
