Role Description

The Wellness Coordinator is a part-time, on-site role based in Belfast, responsible for coordinating and delivering health and wellness programs within Jora Clinic. Daily tasks include:

The role involves:

  • Providing responsive customer service
  • Answering wellness-related inquiries
  • Ensuring a welcoming, inclusive environment for all clients

The Wellness Coordinator will collaborate with clinical and informatics teams to align wellness initiatives with evidence-based practices and organizational goals. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Organizing workshops or group sessions
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of wellness services

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Health & Wellness and Wellness knowledge, with the ability to apply these concepts in practical client-facing programs.
  • Candidates should possess Health Promotion skills, including designing, delivering, and evaluating health education and wellness initiatives.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to support diverse clients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Relevant experience in a clinical, community health, or wellness setting is beneficial, along with familiarity with technology-enabled care or health informatics environments.
  • A relevant qualification in health promotion, public health, nursing, allied health, psychology, or a related field is preferred, alongside strong organizational skills and basic proficiency with digital tools and health information systems.
