Front Desk Wellness Representative (Sales-Focused)
Join Restore Hyper Wellness as a Front Desk Wellness Representative
This is not your typical front desk position. We're looking for a motivated, sales-driven professional who thrives on building relationships, exceeding goals, and creating exceptional client experiences.
As the first and last impression of our studio, you'll play a critical role in driving membership growth, increasing retail sales, and delivering outstanding customer service. If you're energized by hitting sales targets, enjoy connecting with people, and want to be rewarded for your performance, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
Drive Sales & Membership Growth
- Own the sales process from the first client interaction through membership enrollment.
- Meet and exceed monthly goals for memberships, retail products, and wellness services.
- Conduct studio tours and confidently educate prospective clients on our services and membership options.
- Build lasting relationships that encourage renewals, referrals, and repeat visits.
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing members to maximize conversions and retention.
- Promote special offers, events, and new wellness services.

Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience

- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
- Support the clinical team to ensure a seamless client experience.
What You Bring
- Proven success in sales, retail, hospitality, fitness, or customer service.
- Confidence in closing sales and overcoming objections.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Passion for health and wellness is a plus—but a passion for sales and delivering results is essential.
