About the Opportunity
We're looking for ambitious, driven graduates ready to launch a long-term career in financial advisory, client relations, and business development. No prior experience needed — we'll teach you everything through our structured training programme.

Our 3-Month Training Programme
Month 1 — Foundation Training
Build your core knowledge across every part of the business — from product fundamentals (Protection, Mortgages, Pensions, Investments, Lending, Wills & Estate Planning) to FCA compliance, professional conduct, and sales essentials. Structured learning, supported by assessments along the way.
Month 2 — Departmental Shadowing
Get placed within a department suited to your strengths and interests. Shadow experienced advisers on live client calls and meetings, see how quotes and recommendations come together in practice, and start assisting with real casework — all backed by weekly mentor check-ins.
Month 3 — Supervised Client Exposure
Step into real client-facing work under close supervision — calls, follow-ups, and preparing client documents — while taking on more independence. Performance is reviewed against clear goals, and top performers progress into a paid part-time development role, with a route to full-time employment and professional qualifications.
