About You

Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive, or qualified Lawyer looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity in Warrington that allows you to help shape and grow a local practice?

We are looking for a dedicated Private Client professional to join a friendly, local team. This role is ideal for a proactive practitioner who values high-quality local work, work-life balance, and enjoys building strong relationships.

Role Description

This is a part-time Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive role with a hybrid working arrangement that allows some work from home. In this role, you will develop and manage a caseload of private client matters, including advising on wills, probate, estate administration.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Law with qualification as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive and solid experience in private client work.
  • Excellent client communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and sensitively.
  • Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a part-time schedule.
  • Strong attention to detail, commitment to regulatory compliance, and high ethical standards in all areas of practice.
  • Experience working in a small or medium-sized firm environment and familiarity with Leap case management system is advantageous.

The Role

  • Position: Part-Time Private Client Lawyer / Solicitor (2+ years PQE recommended)
  • Location: Warrington (Hybrid/flexible working options considered)
  • Caseload: Managing your own files encompassing Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), estate administration, and basic trust/tax planning.
  • Growth: Assisting with business development initiatives to expand our local client base and nurture professional referral networks.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Solicitor, CILEx, or experienced fee-earner with a proven private client background.
  • Strong technical capability in handling standard and complex probate/wills independently.
