🚨 WE’RE HIRING | SAP ERP MANAGER – UK 🇬🇧
We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented SAP ERP Manager to join our team in the UK. This is a key leadership role for someone who can take end-to-end ownership of SAP ERP operations, implementations, business process transformation, integrations, and continuous improvement.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the organisation’s SAP ERP landscape and operations
- Drive end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement and upgrade projects
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, HR and other business functions
- Manage and coordinate SAP functional, technical and external consulting teams
- Work with SAP implementation partners, vendors and stakeholders
- Drive business process optimisation, automation and digital transformation
- Oversee UAT, testing, data migration, documentation, training and user adoption
- Ensure SAP system performance, data integrity, security and availability
- Troubleshoot critical issues and ensure timely resolution
- Define and manage the SAP ERP roadmap in alignment with business objectives
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on SAP and ERP improvements

🔹 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong SAP ERP experience
- Proven experience managing SAP ERP implementations/projects end-to-end
- Strong understanding of SAP business processes and ERP architecture
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC
- Experience coordinating functional and technical SAP teams
- Strong experience working with SAP implementation partners / vendors
- Excellent stakeholder, project and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and SAP technology
- UK experience / Right to Work in the UK will be an advantage
