Rilmac Scaffolding Ltd is looking for an experienced, commercially minded, and customer-focused Scaffolding Contracts Manager to join our established management team in Lincoln. With over 100 operatives working on projects nationwide and a reputation built over decades, Rilmac continues to grow and invest in its people, services, and capabilities.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a varied portfolio of scaffolding contracts, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in delivering successful projects across the Midlands and surrounding regions.
🏗️ What will you be responsible for?
- Managing multiple scaffolding contracts from award through to completion.
- Coordinating labour, plant, and materials to meet project requirements.
- Monitoring project costs, performance, budgets, and programmes.
- Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Identifying variations and additional commercial opportunities.
- Carrying out site visits to monitor quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and operational delivery.

👷 What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or similar construction management role.
- Strong organizational, commercial, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of contract administration and cost control.
- A CISRS scaffolding qualification or relevant industry certification.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- A sound understanding of construction health and safety requirements.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to undergo DBS checks.
